    • Monthly Consulting Fees: Refunds will be prorated based on the number of days the service was provided during the billing cycle.
    • Performance-Based Fees: Non-refundable once performance goals have been achieved and documented.
  3. Notification Method: Cancellations must be submitted via email to cancellations@naacquisition.com or through our online cancellation form.
  4. Confirmation: Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will send a confirmation email within 3 business days. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us immediately.
  5. Termination: NA Acquisition LLC reserves the right to terminate services immediately without refund if the customer violates our Terms & Conditions or engages in unlawful or unethical behavior.
